The mayor visits the newly opened UBCA offices and and shows UBCA Chairperson the newly constructed path walk behind UBCA – Offices. In the same regard UBCA Chairperson Ms. Maureen Asiimwe Kalemba together with UBCA founding member Mr. Semalulu Twaha visit the Mayor at City Hall.
