Ugandans in Boston are a richly a diverse community from different tribal, economic and religious background. The community is very fragmented into various social and economic clusters but has maintained a stable social cohesion for the last 30 year since the first Immigrants from Uganda come to USA specifically to Massachusetts. However, the association has a vision to strategically think of ways and real means to move the community to a higher and more integrated level to meet the current challenging social, economic, legal and political situations that are undermine the community’s real existence and growth by uniting it into one strong force with one voice.
