It has become our normal routine to have a face mask to help protect ourselves and slow the spread of COVID-19 combined with social distancing in public settings.
You need to wear face-covering in public settings when around people who do not live in your household, especially when it may be difficult for you to stay six feet apart.
A mask helps to protect you from contaminated air and it also protects others, in case you are infected with COVID-19, but do not have symptoms.
Always remember to wear your Face covering correctly. Wash your hands before putting on your face covering, put it over your nose and mouth, and secure it under your chin. Do not put your mask around your neck or upon your forehead, and if it is a cloth mask, remember to wash it after use to keep it clean.
Avoid touching your mask and, if you do, wash your hands, or use hand sanitizer to disinfect.
Always remember to stay at least 6 feet away from others, avoid contact with people who are sick, wash your hands often, with soap and water, for at least 20 seconds each time, or use hand sanitizer if soap and water are not available.
If you are taking care of a person suffering from COVID-19, As a caretaker you should always wear a mask and disposable gloves prior to cleaning the patient, stuff they use, or their room.
Remember to always Keep hand sanitizers away from children and fire, or flame.
Stay safe Stay healthy. We are all in this together, we will get through it together
