Bob Lubega of Columbus, Ohio together with Uganda Boston Community Association lost their beloved brother/member, GRACE LUKOMWA NSUBUGA of Waltham.
Grace was found dead in his apartment the last week of October 2020.
He was a former Guitarist In the AFRIGO band in Uganda and Touch and Soul band in Massachusetts.
